This policy covers the surgexi.com marketing site only. Our products (for example, SurgeXi Pulse, AI Accounting Pros, and SurgeXi Atlas) are governed by their own product-level privacy notices that are provided at the point of sign-up and within each product.
This marketing site is intentionally minimal. It does not require an account, does not host a customer-facing contact form, and does not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.
The only information automatically processed is standard web server log data generated by our hosting provider when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser user-agent, the URL you requested, the response status, and the timestamp. These logs are used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and basic operational diagnostics.
If you choose to email us at Dev@surgexi.com, we receive the information you send (your email address and the content of your message). We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.
This site does not set tracking cookies. A web browser may store minimal technical state required to render the site (for example, cached static assets), but we do not use cookies to profile visitors or to track activity across other websites.

Server logs are retained for a limited operational window (generally no longer than 90 days) and then rotated or deleted. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain a customer or vendor relationship, or comply with legal obligations.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the limited information this site processes, including TLS encryption in transit and hardened hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SurgeXi is based in the United States and our infrastructure providers operate in the United States. If you visit this site from outside the United States, you understand that information processed by this site (such as server logs) may be processed in the United States.
